Workplace Safety

Purpose: X Health is a large healthcare company that has around 2,500 employees. In an end-of-the-year employee satisfaction survey, X Health noticed a trend of employees complaining about violence in the workplace. X Health reviewed its safety records and did not find an increase in workplace violence reports. X Health wants every employee to take training on workplace safety to provide tools for employees to avoid escalating situations and identify what workplace violence consists of so employees are reporting it.
