About Me

Learning has always been a passion of mine. I find excitement and encouragement in learning new things. Because of this, educating was a natural course as I started my career. Thus, I have been an educator and instructor in many roles since. My roles spanned hospitals, schools, homes, and online. 

As learning continues to be my passion, I love learning new ways to engage learners and strategies to more efficiently meet client goals.  I strive to always be up-to-date with current trends and best practices. 

As an instructional designer, I build courses that align with learning objectives, business goals, and organizational needs. I have experience in designing and developing learning materials for adults that are engaging and meet outcomes. I use the ADDIE and SAM processes and backward design. 

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, camping with my dogs, and making homemade pasta.
